Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Erika Jayne, has alleged that she’s being shaken down after she and her estranged ex, Tom Girardi, were hit by a $5 million fraud lawsuit by two lawyers who worked at Tom’s defunct law firm, Girardi Keese.

Erika’s attorney, Evan Borges, took to Instagram to post his response to a motion filed, which was published on Page Six Thursday. Erika took to Instagram to fire off her own response.

“Extortion. This is what Im dealing with,” Erika wrote, reposting her lawyer’s response.

Ronald Richards, the attorney representing the law offices of the lawyers who filed the suit, Philip R. Sheldon and Robert P. Finn, spoke to Page Six about the motion.

Erika believes she can accuse our clients of extortion by making public statements about them but in the same breath, wants to conceal the facts that would show the falsity of this statement. We will not let this happen.”

The motion accuses the reality star of thwarting the plaintiffs’ investigation by not filing taxes for her company, EJ Global, in order to get it unsuspended. Sheldon and Finn’s firms believe that EJ Global used settlement funds owed to them from cases they worked on with Tom, to fund a luxury lifestyle and her pop star career.

On Friday, the California Superior Court ruled that Erika must file a report that indicates that she’s taken steps on behalf of her company to “revive the entity,” no later than June 27, 2022.

The “Pretty Mess” personality asked the court to keep her financial records confidential, a move Richards noted was “meritless” in Thursday’s motion. Richards also said that Erika’s request left his clients “hamstrung.” The motion states that “Erika wants to protect EJ Global LLC but won’t pay its taxes.” Richards also insinuated that Erika wants to keep the source behind EJ Global’s funding hush-hush because she has a “long business relationship” with the person.

Erika, 50, reposted Borges’ response on Instagram, which read in part—“The Sheldon plaintiffs and their Twitter obsessed attorneys want to expose private information, which we already disclosed to the [Girardi & Keese] trustee, under a threat of pay me money ‘or else’ I go public.”

Richards commented that “Erika Girardi likes to deflect from thrust of the motion,” in response to the Bravo star and her attorney’s comments.

Richards added—“We have a trial September 12, 2022 and no matter how hard Erika tries, the truth will come out in a public courtroom.”

Borges previously told the outlet that Tom, Girardi & Keese, and their outside accountants are liable because Erika served only as an “interest holder” of EJ Global.

“The Sheldon plaintiffs and their Twitter attorneys have no case,” Borges said.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm, ET, on Bravo.
