‘RHOBH’ Newbie Diana Jenkins Dragged Because She ‘Doesn’t Know’ What An Outlet Store Is!
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, Diana Jenkins, is getting slammed for claiming not to know what an outlet is.
During a recent episode of RHOBH, Diana was asked if she has ever been to a designer outlet. The group was on their way to Kyle Richards’ house in La Quinta when Crystal pointed out an outlet store off the freeway to 49-year-old Diana. Crystal asked her, “Do you ever go to the outlets here in Palm Springs?” The new Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star responded and asked, “What is it?” Crystal responded, “You would never need to shop at an outlet, it’s like discount designer.” Diana then replied with “Oh.”
Fans on Twitter were shocked that Jenkins didn’t know what an outlet was and expressed their anger. One fan wrote, “Is it just me or is it getting harder to watch these types of shows while people are flaunting their wealth?” While another wrote, “I’m not a fan of pretentious ridiculous Diana. Her money is from her ex. Who does she think she is?”
In a confessional, Diana added that she is used to having a personal shopping experience. The Bosnia native revealed that she not only avoids outlets but physical stores altogether. “I don’t go out shopping. I have clothes sent to my house by designers. I keep what I like and I sent back what I don’t like, and then I pay for it,” she said. Jenkins then added that she was not going to be humble about it but instead “own it.”
Diana’s $11 million mansion in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles, boasts of seven bedrooms, a movie theater, and impressive mountain views. She moved to her beautiful home after her divorce from Roger Jenkins. Diana shares two teenage kids with the wealthy Englishman, although the couple divorced in 2011. Diana now enjoys her relationship with young musician Asher Monroe with whom they share an infant son.
When Diana isn’t at home, she juggles a few of the businesses she owns. She runs Neuro, a beverage company, and the music label, D Empire Entertainment. Jenkins is also an advocate for refugees since she fled her country to go to London. According to Page Six, Diana has launched several advocacy programs, including UCLA’s Sanela Diana Jenkins Human Rights Project and the Jenkins-Penn Haitian Relief Organization, which she formed with actor Sean Penn.
