The reality star made her confession in the preview trailer for the upcoming series, Mama June: Road to Redemption. The sneak peek begins with Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon Efrid commenting that the past few years had been “hell” on her “crazy” family.

“We finally got mama to go to rehab, but was that really enough to get her life back together?” Pumpkin, 21, asks in the trailer.

“She just wants us all to go back to the way things used to be. But after destroying our family, we aren’t sure if we want her in our lives. We’re all struggling with our own problems,” Pumpkin adds.

“I may go to jail and never see my kids again. I’m scared s**tless,” June admits later in the preview.

June, Pumpkin and 15-year-old Alana, aka “Honey Boo Boo,” share an emotional conversation, and June admits that her relationship with her children might be beyond repair.

“You don’t know how many nights I cried myself to sleep,” Alana says through tears.

“Mama June” Shannon later tells her boyfriend Geno Doak — “I guess I didn’t realize how much I f**ked everyone.”

“Mama June” Shannon and Geno were arrested for possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, a crack pipe, in March 2019. The case is ongoing.

The couple checked into a Florida rehab facility on the season finale of Mama June: From Not to Hot: Family Crisis. Geno admitted to dropping $150k on crack cocaine in six months. June left rehab in June, and moved to Florida to focus on her sobriety, and is currently estranged from her daughters.

Alana has been living in Georgia with Pumpkin and her husband, Josh Efrid. Pumpkin confirmed in January that she had maintained custody of her little sister, who rose to fame on reality series, “Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.”

June returned to Georgia in late January, and recently celebrated one year of sobriety.

June shared a snap of herself and Geno to mark the milestone writing, “As I sit here this afternoon I’m so full of gratitude one that we have made it one year with no relapses when so many of the people we know have due to this crazy pandemic going on.”

“My goal is to work inside of a rehab facility to be able to watch people come in at their lowest where I was a year ago n blossom into new amazing person n know my inbox is always open.”

Mama June: Road to Redemption premieres on Friday, March 19 at 9 pm, ET, on Wetv.
