Sister Wives

Sister Wives returned on Sunday, Feb 14th, and the Brown family divide has only grown larger, amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Fans know that Kody Brown, his four wives, Meri, Janelle, Christine Brown, and Robyn, and their children are living in four separate homes in Flagstaff Arizona.

Sister Wives Season 10 reveals that the clan was only further separated by the coronavirus crisis, widening the family divide.

The family arrived in Arizona last season, hoping to recreate their cul-de-sac dream on land purchased by the group. When TLC picks back up with the plural family, tensions and frustrations are high.

Meri Brown still feels ignored by Kody, and Christine joins in the marital misery this season, remarking in the teaser that she “can’t do marriage with Kody anymore.”

“Our family has been feeling really challenged since we came to Flagstaff because we’ve had to be in four separate homes,” Janelle explains. “I’m very worried, because it looks like it’s going to even be more separation.”

Janelle tells her children that due to the contagious nature of Covid-19 and Kody’s house-hopping habits, she “suggested to Dad that he maybe not come over.”

“How can we work our relationships if we can’t even see each other to talk to?” Meri asks.

Kody Brown asks the women if they “want to have a relationship” with each other, later in the preview.

“Maybe there are some of us who are like, ‘Look, I don’t want it anymore,'” Janelle admits in a personal interview spot.

“I freakin’ want to move back to Utah, even though the girls don’t want to,” Christine reveals.

“I’m sure everybody hates me all the time,” she says before the clip reveals her telling Robyn, “We don’t have to do anything together.”

“If you know that she’s actually trying to sabotage your relationship with Kody, you can’t trust her,” Robyn says in a confessional spot.

Meri’s floundering relationship with Kody is characterized as “really sad,”  and Meri appears to concur.

Meri Brown

“I can’t make him love me,” Meri says about her “spiritual” husband, who tells viewers that “romance and sex are saved for people who are in love. If Meri and I really wanted to be together, we would.”

Interestingly, Meri comforts Christine, amid her own marital issues with Kody.

Meri, I can’t do marriage with Kody anymore,” Christine tells Meri, fighting back tears.

”You don’t get to give up like that,” Meri responds.

“I don’t want to do it anymore,” Christine shares.

Kody Brown is keeping his own dream alive — of his four wives just getting along.

“I don’t want to spend the rest of my life listening to women tell me how unhappy they are,” the TLC patriarch says. “I need my wives to stop complaining about this divide that we’ve got in the family.”
