Rob and Chyna initially came to a custody agreement in 2017, but neither one of them held up their end, according to Page Six. Three years later, and the ex-couple have finally come to a new agreement that gives both Rob and Chyna joint physical custody of Dream.

A source told Page Six that Rob and Chyna agreed to share physical time with Dream across an alternating weekly schedule and will share equal time over holidays and vacations.

The toxic exes also agreed to be free of any drugs or alcohol while caring for Dream. This decision comes months after Rob requested that Chyna take a drug and alcohol test after he accused the mom-of-two of abusing substances while around Dream. In January 2020, Rob made the accusations in a ploy to get sole custody of Dream. Chyna denied Rob‘s claims and Rob‘s request was denied.

Before coming to a new custody agreement, Chyna also dismissed her claims against Rob, according to Page Six.

AllAboutTheTea.com reported that earlier this month, Blac Chyna scored a major victory in her ongoing legal battle against the Kardashian/Jenner clan over her defunct reality TV series, “Rob and Chyna.” A judge ordered Bunim/Murray Productions, the company behind the canceled series, to deliver unaired footage that was slated to air on the second season of the reality show before the series was axed.

Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, told Page Six that the second season would reveal Rob lovingly by Chyna’s side after she endured a medical procedure. The judge also ordered that unaired footage from “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” be surrendered. The footage, filmed in March 2017, shows Rob and Chyna co-parenting their daughter, Dream Kardashian, and working on their relationship.

Chyna alleged that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner illegally meddled in her “highly lucrative contract” with E! Network/NBCUniversal and covertly defamed her, according to Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani. The family’s alleged “illegal interference” reportedly caused the cancellation of “Rob and Chyna.”

The production company must hand over the unaired Season 2 “Rob and Chyna” and the specific footage from “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” to Chyna within 45 days. Rob Kardashian was reportedly not part of the hearing because his input was not relevant to the case, according to a source.

“We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case,” Robs attorney, Marty Singer, said in a statement. “However, we have requested Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us.”

The Kardashians tried to get Chyna’s case dismissed in October 2020, but a judge shot down the motion. The trial is scheduled to begin on November 29, 2021.
