“In efforts to keep everyone safe & healthy, unfortunately, WE ARE NOT HAVING A NYE PARTY THIS YEAR!” Diddy wrote on Instagram on Monday.
“I hope everyone had a blessed holiday and wish you all the best for the new year!” the music mogul added.
Diddy headed off anyone who might try to talk him back into hosting the party by reiterating—”ATTENTION: THIS IS TO EVERYONE, ALL OF MY FRIENDS & FAMILY … I’M NOT CHANGING MY MIND … SEE YOU ALL IN 2021! LOVE YOU! ❤️”

As reported—Diddy recently took to Instagram to express his love and gratitude for his mom, Janice Combs, in honor of her 80th birthday.
“I only exist because of this beautiful, hardworking, loving, hilarious, ass-whooping, always telling me the truth, genuine, smart, fly absolutely amazing Black Goddess Queen!!” Diddy captioned a photo of his mom. “Happy 80th Birthday to the best mother in the world! “My mother to me was a superhero,” Diddy said to the audience during a 2018 VH1 tribute called ‘Dear Mama: A Love Letter to Moms.’ “She sacrificed everything to make sure that we were well taken care of and that we received the best possible education. And that we would always have the opportunity to go on and be great. She taught me to believe in myself and trust in my dreams. She instilled in me the importance of family and the power of love.”
