Blac Chyna has scored a major victory in her ongoing legal battle against the Kardashian/Jenner clan over her defunct reality TV series, “Rob and Chyna.” A judge has ordered Bunim/Murray Productions, the company behind the canceled series, to deliver unaired footage that was slated to air on the second season of the reality show, before the series was axed.

Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, told Page Six that the second season would reveal Rob Kardashian, Chyna’s ex-fiance, lovingly by Chyna’s side after she endured a medical procedure. The judge also ordered that unaired footage from “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” be surrendered. The footage, filmed in March 2017, shows Rob and Chyna co-parenting their daughter, Dream Kardashian, and working on their relationship.

Blac Chyna will seek millions in compensatory and punitive damages from Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner for defamation, intentional interference with contract, and intentional interference with prospective economic advantage,” Ciani told Us Weekly. “Chyna is ‘beyond thrilled’ that she will have her day in court.”

Chyna alleged that Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner illegally meddled in her “highly lucrative contract” with E! Network/NBCUniversal and covertly defamed her, according to Ciani. The family’s alleged “illegal interference” reportedly caused the cancellation of “Rob and Chyna.”

The production company must hand over the unaired Season 2 “Rob and Chyna” and the specific footage from “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” to Chyna within 45 days. Rob Kardashian was reportedly not part of the hearing because his input was not relevant to the case, according to a source.

“We have not filed an opposition to the court for this request because the footage has no impact on the case,” Rob’s attorney, Marty Singer, said in a statement. “However, we have requested Blac Chyna’s OnlyFans footage and she has refused to release that footage to us.”

In October 2017, Chyna slapped the entire Kardashian/Jenner clan with a legal suit over allegations of assault, battery, domestic violence, defamation, and interference with potential income from the duo’s canceled E! reality series.

Rob’s lawyer, Marty Singer, previously alleged that the duo’s breakup was the reason for the show’s cancellation.

The Kardashians tried to get Chyna’s case dismissed in October 2020, but a judge shot down the motion.

The trial is scheduled to begin on November 29, 2021.

Fans of KUWTK know that Chyna has an intertwined history with the Kardashian-Jenner family. Chyna’s ex and baby daddy, Tyga, began hanging out with Kylie Jenner after splitting with Chyna in 2014. He denied a romance with the then-minor teen, tweeting in September 2014—“DONT BELIEVE THE RUMORS, BEEN FRIENDS WITH THE FAMILY FOREVER. WERE ALL JUST FRIENDS.” Tyga vaguely confirmed that he was dating Kylie in March 2015. The duo became more open about their relationship after Kylie turned 18, in August.

Rob and Chyna began dating in 2016, which irritated the Kardashian-Jenner brood, especially Kylie, who was reportedly livid. The duo later became engaged, but split in December 2016.
