Liza Morales, the ex of Lamar Odom, is filming for the new season of Basketball Wives.

Sources told The Blasts that production for the VH1 reality show has picked up after being sidelined by Covid-19.

Basketball Wives is expected to heat up with new cast members joining Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Kristen Scott, Malaysia Pargo, and Jennifer Williams.

Ogom “OG” Chijindu is also expected to appear, despite facing a pending lawsuit filed by Evelyn Lozada. Fans can expect to see three new faces in the mix for the upcoming season — including Liza Morales, who shares two children with Lamar.

The ex-couple met in high school, and share a daughter, Destiny, and a son, Lamar Jr. Their third child, Jayden, tragically passed away at six months. Lamar reportedly left the marriage after the death of his child, and began a relationship with Khloe Kardashian. The couple’s breakup took a dark turn, and led to years of court battles.

The duo appear are not on friendly terms these days, despite supporting her ex during his personal ups and downs — Liza shaded Lamar on her Instagram story. She quoted Lamar, “Ahh babydoll I am willing to be best possible man for our family.” She added, “hmmmmm… Should I say it?”

Then she posted a screenshot of the Urban Dictionary definition for Mama Bear. The definition read, “a mom who can be cuddly and loveable but also has a ferocious side when it’s necessary to protect her cubs. can be biological mom, or the head of a group.”

Liza continued her tirade by posting a photo of Rihanna taking out the garbage — she captioned the post, “Take The Trash Out.” Liza explained, “having convos on the Gram with yourself? People that know him, know he doesn’t talk like that” with the side eyed emoji.

Liza continued, “Let’s get to the real … wher is LJ (Lamar Jr’s) college money??? We have been asking for it.”

Lamar is currently engaged to his girlfriend, Sabrina.

Liza Morales began her reality TV career on a TLC reality series called “Starter Wives.”

Basketball Wives will take on a new look this season — with producers reportedly keeping the cast split and confined to two separate houses while filming. The cast and crew is expected to be stuck together for the duration, and no one will be allowed to travel.
