Tamar Braxton‘s new reality show, Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life!, has been making headlines since the show premiered September 10.

Produced by Mona Scott-Young, the show follows Tamar as she begins to pick up the pieces to her life after nearing losing everything. The show also gives fans a glimpse inside of Tamar and her boyfriend David Adefeso’s relationship. So far, fans are not here for it.

We’re only a few episodes in and David Adefeso is already coming off as controlling and jealous. On camera, he’s bluntly expressed that he doesn’t like Vincent Herbert, Tamar‘s ex-husband, anywhere around their house if he isn’t there. Viewers have also learned that David refused to film if Vince appeared on the show.

Since the show aired, there’s been a ton of drama between Tamar, Vince, and David. And although Mona Scott-Young is no stranger to drama, she’s known to stay pretty neutral. However, in the case of Tamar Braxton and Vince Herbert VS David Adefeso, Mona is siding with the ex-Herberts.

Mona Scott-Young took to Twitter for a Get Ya Life Q&A sesh. Tamar‘s friend, LeTroy Davis, retweeted Mona‘s tweet and posed the statement, “I would like to know what you think of David.” Mona replied, “Mama said if you ain’t got nuttin’ nice to say….” That alone said a lot.

LeTroy then followed up with an even juicier question: “Is it true David put in his contact that Vince was NOT allowed on the show? That’s what the blogs said…” he asked. Mona answered, “They say don’t believe everything you read but in this case…”

Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life! airs on Thursdays at 10pm, ET, on WE tv.
