On September 22, Teddi Mellencamp, 39, confirmed via Instagram that Bravo had decided not to renew her contract.
Lisa Vanderpump, 60, weighed in on Teddi’s firing on her newly launched podcast All Things Vanderpump.
“I don’t know. People said she was boring,” Lisa responded when asked why Bravo decided to ax the accountability coach.
She added, “I certainly didn’t have a good experience with her, so boring would be one of the nicer things that I could say.”
Andy Cohen praised Teddi Mellencamp for being honest in her Instagram announcement.
“Teddi released what I thought was one of the most no BS I’m leaving announcements on record,” Andy said on his radio show.
Although Teddi Mellencamp’s firing came amid claims her business “All In by Teddy” allegedly encourages starvation and eating disorders, Andy, 53, confirmed that the reality star wasn’t fired because of those allegations.
“Well I just want to, I want to say people are speculating that the online chatter about her business led to her dismissal. And I just want to say, because I think it’s important that one had absolutely nothing to do with the other. And I actually would have liked to see her respond to her critics on the show. I would have liked to have seen that.”
