Nene Leakes has nothing to do with rumors pointing to a discrimination lawsuit against Bravo, according to a new report by TMZ.
A source close to the The Real Housewives of Atlanta star told the outlet that she is not pursuing any type of legal action, nor is she teaming up any other woman of color who might be contemplating such a maneuver.
NeNe Leakes remains focused on her own career, amid negotiations for her RHOA return. The reality star will appear on the new E! show, Glamsquad Showdown, and is reportedly seeking other opportunities with NBCUniversal.
Fans know that Nene Leakes has hinted that she was mistreated during her Bravo ride, and has even taken to YouTube to blast show execs for treating her differently, while the RHOA reunion played out. NeNe also dropped some intriguing comments amid the Vanderpump Rules racism upheaval, which went down a few months ago.
Nene Leakes’ co-star, Eva Marcille, recently dished on Rickey Smiley’s radio show that a supposed lawsuit is in the works, and insinuated that Nene Leakes was in the mix. This is reportedly false. NeNe appears committed to to keeping her relationship with Bravo up and running, and there might even be future projects with the network on the horizon.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta is currently on hiatus.
