‘Teen Mom OG’ Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra Hit with $850K Federal Tax Lien!

Teen Mom OG couple, Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra, are in financial hot water. The MTV personalities owe more than $800k in tax debt, racked up over three years. 

According to court docs, Tyler and Catelynn were hit with a federal tax lien for $535,010 covering 2016-17, in November. The couple was slapped with an additional $321,789 for 2018. 

The grand total sum of $856,799 remains unpaid. Catelynn Baltierra did recently pay off a $6k state lien.

Tyler and Catelynn Baltierra are the parents of two girls, Novalee, 5, and Vaeda, 1. Tyler recently appeared on The Awesome Dad Show podcast, where he commented on the duo’s finances.  

“As far as getting compensated for the show, my kids are set for life, financially. College is paid for and that was mine and Catelynn’s main thing,” Tyler said. “Each of our children has trust funds that money goes into and they can’t touch.”

“I have so much confidence and peace in how we’re raising my children,” he added. “They will be humble and will know the sacrifices we made.”

The couple operates a clothing company, Tierra Reign, and has been collecting MTV checks, since 2009.
