She’s Back! Evelyn Lozada is returning for another season of Basketball Wives after facing major backlash over her ugly feud with Ogom “OG” Chijindu.
As Basketball Wives fans know, tension between the ladies exploded on-screen and on social media resulting in lawsuits and restraining orders being filed by both parties.
Evelyn Lozada and Ogom “OG” Chijindu are currently in a contentious legal battle and Evelyn was vocal about not returning to the series — even telling one fan during an Instagram Q&A that she was not likely to return.
However, according to the Jasmine Brand, Evelyn Lozada will appear on the upcoming season of Basketball Wives.
The outlet reveals that filming for the ninth season is currently underway and Evelyn Lozada has been spotted shooting many scenes.
Evelyn Lozada got baptized in late November after harsh backlash over her cruel treatment of fellow co-star Ogom “OG” Chijindu.“This journey though personal is also about staying true to who I am, who HE is and what truly feeds my soul ❤️??.” She wrote on Instagram.

During season 8, things got really nasty between OG and Evelyn Lozada during a cast trip to Costa Rica. OG dropped a bombshell — exposing Evelyn Lozada’s ex-husband NFL player, Chad Ochocinco, had romantically pursued her — this revelation set Evelyn on fire and she exploded with rage. A blowout fight ensued and the cast was split down the middle.
Basketball Wives fans accused Evelyn Lozada of being a racist and a colorist in her conflict with OG — and she responded by filing a defamation lawsuit against the Nigerian football player.

Tami Roman quit the VH1 reality series at the conclusion of season 8.
