Lisa Vanderpump has responded to newly resurfaced racist tweets by two of her employees.

The Vanderpump Rules star provided the following statement to Page Six:

“Not condone any of the heinous comments made in the past” by new “Vanderpump Rules” cast members Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni, who apologized this week once the tweets were uncovered.

“I am glad they understand the severity of their offenses and have shown utmost remorse and contrition,” she said.

“I embrace a community of diversity and do not tolerate bigotry of any form within my workplace,” she continued. “Max and Brett are both appropriately ashamed of their past obnoxious teenage arrogance and casual use of unacceptable terms. While both have now matured as adults, they have shown remorse for their prior reckless defamatory statements.”

As reported, Vanderpump Rules newbies Brett Caprioni and Max Boyens were called out this week for racist, sexist and homophobic tweets from their past.

As reported, both men apologized for the old tweets but social media has not been sympathetic to the young men.

“I embrace a community of diversity and do not tolerate bigotry of any form within my workplace,” Lisa Vanderpump  continued. “Max and Brett are both appropriately ashamed of their past obnoxious teenage arrogance and casual use of unacceptable terms. While both have now matured as adults, they have shown remorse for their prior reckless defamatory statements.”

However, the two men remain employed at Lisa Vanderpump’s Hollywood eateries and it’s unclear if they’ll be fired over their beliefs.

“I sincerely believe both have learned the power and impact words can have, and I have every hope this will be a lifelong lesson for them as we move into this new decade.” Lisa Vanderpump told the outlet.

As reported, Max Boyens is also in hot water over racist comments he made in 2012 — he also fat-shamed and attacked gays. The racist tweets involve Max Boyens using the N-word liberally on various occasions.
