Kenya Moore’s estranged mother, Patricia Moore, has finally acknowledged her daughter after abandoning the former Miss USA at three days old.

As fans have witnessed, Kenya Moore’s abandonment issues has negatively impacted her adult life and failed relationships.

On Christmas eve, Kenya Moore shared an emotional message with her Instagram followers — informing them that her estranged mother has sent Kenya’s 1-year-old daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daily, a birthday gift. She wrote, “My prayer has always been to have a family. We had a late celebration for @thebrooklyndaly for her birthday and got a surprise of a lifetime. My mother sent her a gift for her. I had stopped praying about our relationship but God sent a message through my child. This is life. And despite challenges God is always on time. Happy Holidays 💗❤️ #love #family #Forgiveness #miraclebaby #healing.”

Kenya Moore was raised by her paternal grandmother, Doris Grant(1931–2017) and aunt.
