Lisa Vanderpump is explaining why season 9 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was her breaking point that led to her leaving the Bravo reality series after appearing on the show for nine seasons.
“Because I was not as strong, I was depressed, tired of bs.” Lisa Vanderpump told a fan on Twitter. “Opening two new businesses, Kyle turning on me again. Needed to support and to focus on positivity.”

As fans know, Vanderpump’s co-stars ganged up on her during Season 9’s PuppyGate saga and drove her away from the reality series during a very rough time in her life.

During filming, Vanderpump’s brother Mark Vanderpump died from suicide and she was extending her Vanderpump restaurant franchise.
Lisa Vanderpump announced that she would not attend the season 9 reunion and was leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
