Luann de Lesseps has recently suffered a relapse again — and avoided another stint in rehab by using her traveling cabaret show to justify her pardon.

The troubled Real Housewives of New York City star came under fire for the second time this year by New York Probation for violating the terms of her plea deal, according to Starcasm

New York Probation submitted paperwork to Florida courts that show the reality star tested positive for alcohol on April 22, “she had 2 glasses of mimosas after a performance [of her burlesque show] in Chicago.” The documents read.

Luann de Lesseps, 53, reported her relapse to a Florida supervising officer on April 23, 2019. “She was offered the opportunity to immediately enroll in outpatient treatment,” the officer stated in documents. “Delesseps stated her touring schedule will impact treatment participation.”

She was offered an alcohol ankle monitoring device to wear but the reality star declined — asserting it would be “too intrusive” while she is performing, according to the documents

“DeLesseps believes that increased participation in AA meetings would suffice,” the documents explained. “This does not address relapse.”

Despite Luann’s reluctancy to comply with court orders — Luann was granted permission to travel. The probation officer noted that the reality star’s hectic travel hinders her ability to remain sober.

“She cannot participate in outpatient services because of her travel. In order to effectively address current relapse, DeLesseps has to be ‘available’ to participate,” the papers stated.

New York Probation requested an answer from the Florida judge on how to move forward on the matter.
