Joe Giudice’s deportation appeal was denied according to a new report.

“The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed the case on April 11, 2019,” The Executive Office for Immigration Review exclusively told Radar.

“Please note that if the respondent disagrees with the BIA’s final decision, the respondent may file an appeal (“petition for review”) with the appropriate federal circuit court of appeals.”

Joe’s legal team has filed a petition with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals to review the decision.

“We are extremely disappointed that the Board Of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice’s appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court Of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he knows, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters,” James J. Leonard Jr. said in a statement.

If the court refuses to review the petition — the father of four will deported from the United States.

Additionally, following Joe Giudice’s departure from the United States, he will be permanently forbidden to lawfully reenter the U.S. again. Giudice won’t be allowed to visit his wife and four daughters in America, but they can certainly visit him in Italy.

On March 14 2019, Joe Giudice was released from federal prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania and transferred directly to an immigration detention center in Pennsylvania.
