Peter Thomas Arrested For Felony Check Fraud At Miami Airport!

Peter Thomas was arrested Friday evening in Miami at 2:27 pm, according to jail records.

Authorities took Cynthia Bailey’s ex-husband into custody at Miami International Airport on a “fugitive warrant–out of state extradite” from Louisiana for allegedly writing fraudulent checks. View Peter’s mugshot below.

On February 27, Peter, 58, departed Miami, where he has temporarily taken up residence to open a new Bar One Miami Beach. He shared that he was, “Traveling to Jam Rock for two days of business,” then planned to return to Charlotte, North Carolina where operates another sports bar.

 

 

While in Jamaica, Peter shared that he was making, “Business moves,” with the minister of tourism and the minister of arts and culture.

 

AllAboutTheTEA.com has learned that Customs and Border Protection in Miami were alerted that an inbound passenger from Jamaica has a warrant for his arrest — and upon Peter’s arrival — authorities took the restauranteur into custody at the airport. 

The former Bravolebrity is reportedly being held without bond and expected to be extradited to Louisiana to face charges.

Cynthia and Peter joined The Real Housewives of Atlanta during season 3 and divorced in 2017.
