Gina Kirschenheiter Is a Wanted Fugitive!

 

An arrest warrant was issued for Gina Kirschenheiter relating to her driving under the influence arrest in January, AllAboutTheTEA.com confirmed.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star failed to appear for an arraignment scheduled on February 28, in Orange County — prompting an Orange County Superior Court judge issued a warrant for her arrest.

Gina Kirschenheiter, 34, was officially charged on February 15, following her arrest in Orange County, on January 31.

Gina was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a blood alcohol level over twice the legal limit of 0.08. According to court records obtained by AllAboutTheTEA.com, her blood alcohol level was .20 — above the legal limit of .08.

The 34-year-old expressed remorse over the incident following her arrest on Instagram — saying she’ll never drink and drive again.

“this will NEVER BE ME again.” “To all of you who wrote me with pain in their hearts about how drinking and driving has had a negative impact on them and their families, I hear you. Thank you,” she wrote. “I make this promise to each one of you with your messages in my heart…. I am committed to this cause and hope to effect a positive change and dialogue. You don’t have to believe me with these words, but I hope over time you will see through my actions.”
