In a new court filing, the reality diva is demanding her baby daddy answer questions under oath about how many private investigators he hired to follow her and his alleged drug use.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the 27-year-old Southern Charm star wants Ravenel to answer questions under oath about his alleged drug use — and turn over evidence to back up his claim she abuses drugs — as part of their ongoing custody battle.
She also accuses Ravenel of using private investigators to follow her and the kids around. She also wants a list of all health or mental health diagnoses in the past 10 years. Dennis is curious to know if he has ever been evaluated for having bipolar disorder.
The Southern Charm star also claims that Ravenel used illegal drugs, and is asking for an accounting of drugs that he has taken in the past six years and which prescription drugs he has purchased.
Additionally, Dennis is demanding Ravenel produce evidence to back up his recent allegations that she abuses prescription medication and that she buys drugs from show producers and friends.
Ravenel, 56, accused Kathryn, 27, of prescription drug abuse in newly filed court documents obtained by AllAboutTheTEA.com — adding a new chapter to the ongoing custody case. Ravenel claims that Kathryn “has been intoxicated by the abuse of prescription drugs and/or use of illegal drugs while in sole care” of the former couple’s two minor children. Ravenel alleges that his ex buys, sells and swaps drugs with “friends, cast members and show producers to support her prescription drug habit.”
Dennis is also demanding a list of women who have accused him of assault or sexual assault and whether or not he paid money to Debbie Perkins or Ashley Perkins. And wants to know if he has discussed marriage with his on-again/off-again girlfriend, Ashley Jacobs.
The real estate developer filed his response to Dennis’ recent legal response — demanding a protective order in the case and refusing to turn over all the documents that Dennis is requesting. He says a lot of what she wants is only being asked for to “annoy, embarrass, oppress or create an unburden” on him.
She’s also requesting copies of social media posts made by Ravenel in the past few years and all communications between him and his girlfriend over course of several years.
Ravenel wants the judge to decline Dennis’ full list of demands and says she has no right to the majority of those messages and has opposed handing them over.
