Milania Giudice is behaving badly since a judge ordered her father, Joe Giudice, be deported back to Italy.

Joe Giudice, 46, was ordered deported by Judge John Ellington during an October 10th hearing in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court.

Milania’s mother, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, revealed the troubling news about her 12-year-old during an appearance on ‘The Breakfast Club’ on November 8.

When co-host DJ Envy asked “How are your kids doing?” Teresa responded “Milania…she’s the most affected by it. So you know, it’s hard. They are all affected by it..but Milania is the one lashing out the most. And it affects her at school….she wants her daddy here.”

On October 14, a shocked Milania poured her heart out on Instagram — vowing to fight for her daddy to stay in the U.S. — “We aren’t done fighting dad,” she wrote.

“My dad, who is the best dad in the world, needs to come home,” the 12-year-old wrote alongside two Instagram pics on October 14. “We aren’t done fighting dad. I can’t believe this is happening. I can’t imagine another day without you. We are gonna do everything we can to fight this daddy!! I love you with all my heart #heartbroken.”

A source close to the family is dishing on the emotional shift occurring with the 12-year-old since her father has been incarcerated and ordered deported.

“Milania is having a rough time dealing with Joe’s deportation. The whole experience has been stressful for her and she’s been acting out at school…screaming, cursing, and fighting. Controlling her emotions is hard for her. Teresa gets a call from the school weekly. ” A source tells AllabouttheTEA.com.

Milania’s sister, Gia Giudice, 17, also reacted to father Joe’s deportation by posting a racist rant that landed her in hot water. The following video was Instagrammed by Gia and later deleted after harsh backlash ensued.

Recently Joe Giudice’s immigration attorneys filed an appeal to halt his deportation back to his native Italy. A decision could take weeks.

“The appeal has been filed and we remain optimistic that Joe will soon be home with his family where he belongs. We are extremely grateful for Joe’s immigration attorneys Jerry Gonzales and Tom Moseley and are very confident in them,” Leonard Jr. said in a statement to Page Six, adding it could take months for an answer.

In 2013, Joe and his wife, Teresa Giudice, was indicted on  41-counts including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. The incidents occurred between September 2001 and September 2008. They were accused of filing fraudulent paperwork to obtain some $5 million in mortgages and construction loans and then hiding their assets during a 2009 bankruptcy petition. Joe also failed to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008 on income of more than $990,000.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey airs Wednesday nights, at 9:00 p.m. EST, on Bravo.
