Gia Giudice Post Racist Rant Blasting Mexicans!

Gia Giudice, daughter of soon-to-be deported fraudster, Joe Giudice, is sounding off on her father’s impending extradition from the U.S.

On Friday, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star landed herself at the center of controversy when she posted a video of a YouTuber named, Fred Rubino.

In the video below, the Youtube broadcaster goes on a rant about his disgust over the judge’s decision to deport Joe Giudice by comparing the father of four’s situation to DACA. He claims the system is broken and targeted Joe because of his Italian ethnicity and the system shows special favors to Mexicans and South Americans.

“What happened to all the DACA things…oh you can’t deport they’ve been in this country so long.” Fred Rubino stated in the following rant, “It’s a racist broken system.”

As fans know, on October 10, an immigration judge ruled the father of four be deported back to his native Italy, upon his release from federal prison in March 2019.

DACA stands for “Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals” — and is an American immigration policy that allows some individuals who were brought to the United States illegally as children to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and become eligible for a work permit in the U.S.

DACA is only applicable to children arriving in the US illegally — not adults, whose green cards were revoked due to criminal activity.

Social media critics were swift to respond — blasting the 17-year-old reality star for re-posting the racist rant. And encouraging her followers to ‘spread the word,’ and thanking the Youtuber in the video for his commentary, “spread the word, could’ve said it better myself.. ❤️?? I love you daddy, let’s fight this! @fredrubino thank you.”

Gia’s aunt, Melissa Gorga, seemingly agreed with her niece’s call to action and reposted Fred Rubino’s racist slam targeting Mexicans and South Americans. And once again, the backlash was harsh. Many commenters blasted Gorga — forcing her to remove the video from her Instagram page.

After removing the video from her Instagram page, Melissa Gorga was called out by a Real Housewives of New Jersey fan for her dubious deletion.

Upon Joe Giudice’s prison release in 2019, the father of four will be immediately detained and escorted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to an immigration detention facility, where he will be held upon his deportation to Europe.

Given the severity of Joe Giudice’s crimes — classified as “moral turpitude” and “aggravated felonies” — deportation was the only decision the judge could make. Despite Joe having lived and worked in the U.S. for over 44 years, being married to a U.S. citizen for nearly 20 years, and having four children born in the United States.

Joe Giudice has arrests and convictions spanning over two decades:

  • Assault (Joe smashed a woman’s head into a mailbox in 1992)
  • Bank fraud
  • Bankruptcy fraud
  • Identity fraud (2014 conviction for using his brother’s identity to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunk-driving conviction)
  • Tax evasion
  • Multiple DUIs resulting in convictions and jail time
  • Driving on a suspended license (Joe’s had his driver’s license suspended more than a dozen times)

Unfortunately, the reality bad boy’s family feels his crimes should be overlooked and he be granted special privileges to stay in the United Stated — despite not offering America nothing constructive in exchange.
