Joe Giudice and Teresa Giudice - RHONJ

Cold-blooded Teresa Giudice, skipped her husband, Joe Giudice’s recent appeal hearing to fight his deportation back to Italy.

As reported, Joe’s deportation from the United States to his native Italy was ordered on March 14, 2018 by US Immigration Judge Ellington. The order was made official by the Department of Justice Executive Office for Immigration.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey
dad has been fighting the court’s decision ever since removal proceedings started, but to no avail. During his August 15th court proceeding with Homeland Security, his attorney appeared on his behalf to plead Joe’s case to stop the deportation but they were not successful.

According to court records obtained by RadarOnline, Joe’s attorney did not provide, “enough evidence,” to support the claim that his client is worthy of remaining in the United States. Despite having lived and worked in the U.S. for over 44 years, being married to a U.S. citizen for nearly 20 years, and having four children born in America.

Joe
, 46, is currently serving a 3-year prison sentence at Allenwood Pennsylvania Federal Correctional Institute for wire, bankruptcy and mail fraud.

Meanwhile according to social media, his reality star wife has been living her best life — and it appears that Joe’s deportation is the furthest thing from Teresa’s mind.

Judge Ellington
did offer a glimmer of hope by granting Joe and his counsel a continuance (scheduled for September 5), to produce more satisfactory grounds for his deportation appeal. “Homeland Security will look at their records to determine if their burden is proved,” the judge said.

Unfortunately, the likelihood of Joe returning home to his family is slim to none, given the severity of his crimes — classified as “moral turpitude” and “aggravated felonies.”

Joe has arrests and convictions spanning over two decades — which guarantees his extradition back to Italy.

  • Assault (Joe smashed a woman’s head into a mailbox in 1992)
  • Bank fraud
  • Wire fraud
  • Bankruptcy fraud
  • Identity fraud (2014 conviction for using his brother’s identity to obtain a new license after he lost his because of a drunk-driving conviction)
  • Tax evasion
  • Multiple DUIs resulting in convictions and jail time
  • Driving on a suspended license (Joe’s had his driver’s license suspended more than a dozen times)
