Marty Caffrey Granted Restraining Order Against Danielle Staub!

The marital crash and burn between Real Housewives of New Jersey couple, Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey has taken another dark turn.

Caffrey, 66, was granted a temporary restraining order against the reality star, hours after a nasty argument led police to order him out of their home. The request was granted on Monday — the legal move coming on the heels of a separate domestic clash at the couple’s residence — which led to Danielle securing her own restraining order. The duo has been married for only three months.

Caffrey’s allegations against the Bravoleb, after snagging a copy of the New Jersey Domestic Violence Civil Complaint and Temporary Restraining Order.

“Pla [Caffrey] reports Def [Staub] has been angry since Thursday after receiving a letter from his attorney indicating he was filing for a divorce,” reports Radar Online.

Caffrey accused Danielle, 56, of threatening to “stab him in the neck.” He also admitted to removing framed photos of her children from their home, confirming Danielle’s complaint in her own filing. He described Danielle as “disheveled and under the influence of something,” and “extremely angry” at the time.

Caffey also alleged other unhinged “domestic violence” episodes.

“Over the past year, [Staub] has threatened to stab [Caffrey] in the neck at least a dozen times,” the order states.

“[Staub] has hit [Caffrey] in the face and chest on multiple occasions with open and closed fist and scratched him on the face and lips during one incident,” the doc alleges.

“[Staub] has thrown items at [Caffrey] in the past when she became angry,” the order says. “[Staub] has thrown a stapler and kitchen utensils at [Caffrey]. [Staub] goes on screaming tangents loud enough for the neighbors to hear whenever [Caffrey] disagrees with her. [Staub] would scream derogatory things about [Caffrey] and his children.”

Marty Caffrey claimed that he was “scared,” after one particularly unnerving incident.

“[Caffrey] locked the door before showering and [Staub] was standing in the bathroom doorway when he exited the shower,” he claimed. “[Caffrey] asked [Staub] how she got in and [Staub] responded “I have experience.” [Caffrey] was scared. [Staub] has done this before in the past.”

Caffrey alleged that Danielle “threw a stapler at him,” in February 2018, just three months before their wedding. Healso claimed that Danielle attempted to strike him with her car last summer, “because he wanted to park one of his cars in the garage.”

“[Staub] then went into the house, grabbed a baseball bat, and charged at [Caffrey] in the driveway threatening to hit him and break his windshield,” the order reads.

Danielle was served with the order on August 13th.

Danielle is “prohibited from future acts of domestic violence; prohibited from having any oral, written, personal, electronic or other form of contact or communication with Plaintiff; prohibited from making or causing anyone else to make harassing communications to Plaintiff and prohibited from stalking, following or threatening to harm, stalk or follow Plaintiff.”

Danielle’s rep, Steve Honig, addressed Caffrey’s accusations, telling the outlet, “The claims being made are beyond preposterous and clearly a knee-jerk reaction to Danielle’s filing. I cannot imagine there is a single person gullible enough to believe any of this nonsense. If even ten percent of these claims were true, any normal person would have already filed for divorce or, better yet, not married the person in the first place. This is laughable.”

Danielle accused Caffrey of being “verbally abusive” in her own secured restraining order.

“He appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, agitated and confrontational. [Plaintiff] wanted to avoid any argument with [Defendant] so she proceeded to her bedroom,” the order reads. “After hearing a disturbing noise in another part of the residence she walked downstairs and found the [Defendant]. She then realized that several of her family portraits of her children and other sentimental framed photographs had been taken down causing her to become upset and suspected that def had removed them.”

The missing framed pics were found in the garage, in Marty Caffrey’s vehicle.

The tumultuous couple is scheduled to appear in court to address both restraining orders, on August 20.
