Kim Richards Ordered to Pay $266K in Dog Bite Lawsuit!

 

The dog court drama continues for Kim Richards over The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum’s vicious dog, Kingsley.

Richards‘ pit bull attacked her stylist, Paige Elizabeth Sanderson — the case was settlement in April 2018. But now the former reality star has been ordered to pay $266,000, in a second legal dispute involving the animal.

In 2015, Kelly Crossley, claimed Richards’ dog Kingsley viciously bit her. Crossley sued seeking unspecified damages, claimed to have suffered bodily injuries from the alleged incident. Her injuries include permanent scarring along with mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering.

Richards never responded to the lawsuit or showed up to court, and on Aug. 7, and the judge granted a default judgment against Richards in the amount of $266,092.39. Additionally, with costs in the amount of $865, according to court records.

Richards adopted Kingsley — a male pit bull — as a puppy in 2013. The animal lived with Kim Richards, her late ex-husband, Monty Brinson, and her children at a Sherman Oaks, California, property.

As fans may recall, Kingsley attacked Kim Richards’ niece, Alexia Umansky in 2014 — she underwent reconstructive surgery and physical therapy.
