#RHONY Luann De Lesseps Pleads Guilty & Begs For No Prison After Assaulting Cop!
Luann de Lesseps does not want to serve time in prison and is taking extreme measures to secure her freedom!
The Real Housewives of New York City star has pled guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication, this week and is is begging a judge to give her probation in lieu of incarceration, reports Radar.
The proposed plea deal, includes one-year probation and $2,500 worth of fines, would best position the 52-year-old, to avoid jail time.
“This gives her more options and probation,” said the official. “If she pleaded not guilty and the judge found her guilty, she would have to face jail time. This is her way of trying to avoid it.”
Had she pled not guilty and taken the case to trial, Luann de Lesseps was facing a sentence up to two years and sixty days.
The plea deal also includes the promise of 1) abstaining from alcohol, 2) attending two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings every week, 3) complete 50 hours of community service and 4) attend a Victim Impact class by Mother’s Against Drunk Driving. The deal will be decided upon by a Florida judge on Wednesday, July 25.
The former Countess’s recently checked back into rehab after completing a short stint in January 2018 and is being sued by her ex-husband, Count Alexandre de Lesseps, and the two kids.
