Teresa Giudice wants Joe Giudice pardoned Donald Trump

Teresa Giudice is asking POTUS for a favor!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star is reportedly calling in a favor from her former Apprentice boss, President Donald Trump, to pardon her illegal immigrant husband Joe Giudice from getting deported back to his native Italy.

Joe Giudice is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence for bankruptcy, tax and bank fraud and is scheduled for deportation upon his release from prison in March 2019.

According to a new report, Kim Kardashian’s successful campaign where Trump commuted the sentence of Alice Marie Johnson, has inspired Teresa to plead for Joe’s deportation case.

“Teresa doesn’t think that it’s out of the question to get the same for Joe,” the insider dished. “Plus, Joe is a celebrity and the lady Kim got pardoned no one has ever heard of!”

Teresa is under the impression that her 2012 appearance on the NBC reality series will give her husband special treatment and has been desperately reaching out to her former Celebrity Apprentice colleagues to connect her with the President.

“She has been calling ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ folks, trying to get a contact for President Trump or [his daughter] Ivanka,” reports Radar Online.

In March 2016, Joe Giudice began serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in federal prison. His expected release date is March 2019. However, unlike his wife Teresa (who served 15 months in the federal pen for fraud), he is not a U.S. citizen. The reality dad is an Italian citizen, who has a status of “Permanent Resident of the U.S.,” and has lived in America since he was a toddler.

Upon his prison release in 2019, the father of four will be immediately detained and escorted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents to an immigration detention facility, where he will be held pending deportation to the Italy. Read more details on Joe’s deportation here.
