Shannon Beador just scored a victory in divorce battle with David Beador!

As reported, David was incensed in March when Judge James Waltz ordered the father of three to fork over $22,500 for spousal and child support to Shannon. The payments are divided as follows:

  • $12,000 — child support for their three daughters, Sophie, 17, and 14-year-old twins Stella and Adeline
  • $10,500 — spousal support for Shannon

The Real Housewives of Orange County stars appeared in court on Monday, July 9, for a hearing to present findings of their financial income —  and review spousal support and address attorney fees.

At the conclusion of the hearing, David, 53, agreed to continue paying Shannon Beador $10,500 in spousal support and will also pay $10,000 to Shannon’s attorney, John Benedict Phillips.

A mediation hearing to hash out each parties financial is scheduled, and if a mutual compromise is not reached, both sides will come back again on October 15.

The Real Housewives of Orange County
star filed for divorce from her abusive ex in December 2017.

The last time the former couple met in court David spewed obscenities at his estranged wife over the temporary ruling, “She spends like a freak!” he shouted in the courtroom.

But David’s attitude seems to have improved when he spoke to Radar Online after Monday’s hearing.

“It’s all going to wash itself out. I just want what best for our kids. Divorce is never fun and it’s hardest on the kids, but they seem to be moving along. I look forward to when this is over. I think we both do.”

Shannon Beador’s divorce drama will play out in season 13 of The Real Housewives of Orange County — so expect cameras to capture the July courtroom showdown. The Bravo reality series returns on July 16.
