She’s on the move again!
Melissa Gorga has put her New Jersey mansion back on the market. This isn’t the first time in recent months the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has tried to sell her home.
Home owners sell and move all the time, but like most ventures involving the Gorga’s, things are not as they seem.
“Melissa’s storyline for the next season will be her trying to sell her mansion to move to L.A., but they [Joe and Melissa] can’t afford a house in California.”
In addition to the home sale maneuver to stay relevant on the Bravo reality series, the Gorga’s $3.3 million Montville mansion was rumored to have beavers in the walls.
“They’ve tried many times and can’t sell that house — nothing works properly.” The local snitch tells AllAboutTheTea. com, “Joe couldn’t build a house out of legos and no one wants to buy their house.”
In October 2017, their Montville mansion was listed for $3.5 million before being temporarily taken off the market. The new listing price has been slashed to $3.3 million, from $3.8 million. The Gorgas purchased the home at a bargain for $950,000.
“The house was listed once before and it’s on the market again, but this time they need a new storyline, and they just got one — ‘we’re moving to Cali.'”
Melissa and Joe bought the home in 2007, according to property records, and lived in the home on and off. They moved back to Franklin Lakes in 2012 and leased out the Montville home, until a legal battle with their former tenant, Kai Patterson, forced him out in 2014. During litigation, Patterson revealed that the Gorga property was falling apart and poorly constructed.
