Luann de Lesseps now claims she was drugged before her Palm Beach arrest on Christmas Eve 2017.

The Real Housewives of New York star will appear on Wednesday’s “The Dr. Oz Show” and says that she had spent the day of the incident drinking martinis and rosé with a pal.

But she said, “I almost think that somebody slipped me something, because I don’t remember a thing after that.”

As reported, The Real Housewives of New York star was arrested in Palm Beach, Florida last December on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, disorderly intoxication and corruption by threat. She said on Dr. Oz that she had been stopping off in Palm Beach on her way to a wedding in Chile.

“And so I checked into the Colony, to make a long story short. I had a rosé at lunch with my girlfriend, we split a bottle of Whispering Angel, which is normal,” she told Dr. Oz. “And then there were some people there that were fans, so they send me more rosé. So I drank more than I usually would.”

The reality star and cabaret sensation said she headed to a friend’s house, “and on the way, we stop and have not one martini but two. So, by the time I get to the Colony, I was pretty sloshed and then I don’t know.”

In response to her inebriated state at the time of the incident, Luann claims she may have been drugged.

“That’s kind of a regular kind of thing. You know what I mean? In terms of the drinking path that I was on. So I almost think that somebody slipped me something, because I don’t remember a thing after that.”

The reality star pled not guilty after her drunken arrest on Christmas Eve 2017. The charges include: felony resisting arrest by Palm Beach police officer Steven O’Leary with violence, the first degree misdemeanor charge of trespassing in an occupied room of the Colony Hotel in Palm Beach, and the second degree misdemeanor charge of disorderly intoxication. The felony charge could land her five years in prison.

Authorities stated that the 52-year-old reality star slammed a door on an officer, injuring his head. She is expected in court next month.

After the arrest, de Lesseps checked herself into rehab, “I want to offer my most sincere apologies to anyone that I might have offended with my behavior. This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding [one year previously to Tom D’Agostino Jr.] and being here brought up buried emotions. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018.” She tweeted on December 24, 2017.
