It’s filming season for the cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and AllAboutTheTea.com has exclusively learned that the ladies escaped to Oklahoma last week — to mix it up in tornado country.
A ROCK solid source is spilling tea about the brief cast getaway, which was designed to get the cast amped to deliver a red-hot Season 9.
“The cast went to Bartlesville, and stayed with a friend of Margaret’s [Josephs]. Her name is Polly, she owns Barn Dandys, and she lives on a big ranch,” an insider shared with AllAboutTheTea.com. “She’s been friends with Margaret for years, and is helping her rebuild her business.”

As reported, Josephs stripped her previous company of inventory, amid an ongoing copyright infringement lawsuit brought against her by Vineyard Vines. Josephs is currently selling luggage and phone case products.
Interestingly, our source adds that one producer in particular is especially nervous about the show’s future.
“A producer named Luke was intense about reminding the cast that the show is on it’s last leg,” the source reveals to AllAboutTheTea.com. “He’s frustrated, and thinks that everyone has checked out.”
We were also told that Danielle Staub is walking on especially thin ice. Production is allegedly concerned about offering the unstable veteran a full-time role, due to legal liability risks. She was not invited on the cast trip.
According to our in-the-know source, the trip was a sleepy one — so Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga supposedly tried to spice it up with a sisterly screech-fest.
“Teresa and Melissa got into a screaming match over Teresa’s belief that Joey and Melissa are dodging their duties when it comes to caring for Teresa and Joey’s father,” dished the source. “Papa Gorga lives with Teresa, and she feels that all of the responsibility has fallen on her shoulders. She called Melissa selfish, and Melissa slammed Teresa back, for making her elderly father drive her daughters around all day. Melissa also blasted Teresa for never being at home with her kids.”

It will not surprise viewers to hear that the sister-in-laws truly don’t like each other — but according to our insider, production is making them crank up their disdain from a 2 to a 10 — all for Bravo cameras.

Two rookies, Jackie Goldschneider and Jennifer Aydin have been thrown into the mix — but our source reports that they did not turn it up for the first cast trip of the season.
“Jackie and Jennifer have failed to connect with the cast,” the insider tells AllAboutTheTea.com. “Jennifer is a show-off who constantly brags about money, and Jackie is a bore, who offers nothing.”
Will Bravo production be able to pull together a seemingly disjointed Season 9? Sound off in the comments below!
