#RHOC Judge Reduces Shannon Beador’s Spousal Support In New Divorce Settlement!

New developments in Shannon and David Beador’s divorce battle.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star’s spousal support amount has been reduced from her initial $30,000/monthly request, according to court documents.

The temporary agreement states, David will have to make payments to Shannon in the amount of $22,500, on the first and 15th of the every month.

The payments will be divided as follows:

  • $12,000 — child support for their three daughters, Sophie, 16, and 13-year-old twins Stella and Adeline
  • $10,500 — spousal support for Shannon

In addition, the dad of three is obligated to pay $11,500 within 10 days of the March 16 agreement, $10,000 to Shannon’s attorney, and $7,500 for a court-appointed forensic accountant to look over David’s earnings from his construction company as well as Shannon’s earnings.

Judge James Waltz, advised an irate David to get a lawyer, after his numerous courtroom outburst, “She spends like a freak!” he screamed.

Other highlights from the court affidavit includes:

  • Shannon keeps her Cadillac Escalade
  • She cannot use David’s credit cards without his permission. 

The judge also instructed the parents not to disparage each other in front of their kids.

“Shannon and David shall cooperate to promote healthy parent-child relationships between each of the children, and neither party shall make derogatory remarks about the other in the presence of the children. The parties shall communicate respectfully with one another, netter shall make hostile, profane, or threatening statements to the other, whether in person or by electronic message.”
