Luann De Lesseps completed a rehab stint for alcohol addiction this month.

Reportedly the Real Housewives of New York star is taking her sobriety seriously and is cleaning house! She’s looking for a new team of sober employees to work for her, including a new personal assistant.

“Luann seems to have learned her lesson and wants to be sober now,” a source told Radar. “She is telling all applicants in the first interview that drinking and substance abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, especially when on the clock. She also said that she would love a gay man who has a clean record.”

The former countess sought treatment following her drunken Palm Beach arrest, which involved trespassing with a mystery man during a sexual tryst, assaulting and threatening police officers. After being taken into custody, Luann allegedly tried to escape from the back of a police car, after being cuffed, and screamed, “I’m going to f*cking kill you!”

One applicant claims Luann exhibited “unprofessional” behavior during the hiring process, forcing he/she to decline the position.

“She was just ridiculous. For example, she would have her other assistant contact me to let me know that Luann would be calling us shortly. But she would never call,” the insider alleged.

The former countess continues to work on repairing her life following her arrest. The mom of two posted an inspiring message to her Instagram account on Monday.

As reported, Luann was officially charged with 3 counts for her drunken Christmas Eve attack on Florida policeFelony count of resisting an officer with violence, misdemeanor trespassing, and misdemeanor disorderly intoxication. Luann avoided two felony charges of corruption by threat. She faces up to five years in prison for the felony charge and fees.
