PHOTOS — Sheree Whitfield Celebrates Kandi Burruss’ Broadway Debut With Her Prison Boyfriend Tyrone Gilliams!
While off-screen drama pops off among The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast — Kandi Burruss is busy making her big stage debut in the Broadway musical, “Chicago.”
The Grammy-winner’s run is scheduled to continue through March 11 at the Ambassador Theater in New York City. Her husband, Todd Tucker and friends Yandy Smith, Mona Scott-Young and Sheree Whitfield were all in attendance to support the reality star.
Kandi posted a few pics after her first show, and thanked her better half for his support, “This was an amazing night & im so glad that my better half was with me for this moment! @todd167 has been helping me go over my lines every night for the past week to prepare for this night. I love you bae! Come catch me in @chicagomusical from now until March 11th!” She posted.

The R&B songstress had a ton of support on her opening night — Mona Scott-Young, Yandy Smith-Harris, and Sheree Whitfield were all in attendance. Kandi threw a little shade Sheree’s way in her post. “It’s always great to have support on your first night on stage. @monascottyoung we’ve been rolling for the last couple of months on tour & im so happy that you made time to be here for my opening night!@yandysmith thanks sis for being here. For the next 2 months I’m in your city so I’ll be knocking on your door to brainstorm on some new money moves & play dates for the kids!
