From mugshots to millions!

NeNe Leaks, 50, is fighting back after she was branded a mugshot toting criminal by Shereé Whitfield on a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

On Wednesday, the reality diva took to Instagram to share a photo of herself wearing a black sweatshirt featuring her 25 year-old mugshot. Her post captioned,

“Growing up without my mother or father i experienced many growing pains but without them, i could not be who i am or have accomplished the things that i have today. Your past does NOT determine your future. From Trial to Triumph i hope that i can inspire anybody to embrace and not be ashamed of what your past has made you become today! Thank you all so much for the love i received #transparency# lifelessons # collegedays # youngandstupid @swaggboutiqueatl # onewomanshow # girlsniteoutforlaughs # RHOA”

Instead of hiding her past, NeNe has chosen to embrace her prior mistakes and highlight her journey from the bottom to the top. She even has plans to sell the shirt at her Atlanta boutique. Swagg.

NeNe
was arrested in 1992 and charged with one misdemeanor and three felony counts of “theft of services” for ripping off her phone company when she was 25-years-old. She was arrested three more times due to probation violations.

During a Watch What Happens Live appearance on January 8, NeNe addressed Sheree’s diss after NeNe called Sheree’s imprisoned boyfriend a “con artist.”

“I really don’t care about Shereé bringing up a mugshot,” Leakes told Cohen. “Anybody can get a mugshot. A mugshot does not equal 10 years in prison for doing a Ponzi scheme.” She continued, “And by the way, Shereé can be worried about her own mugshot, her son got a mugshot and her man got a mugshot.”

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sunday night’s on Bravo, at 8:00 p.m. ET.
