This fight is only in its infancy, but the divorce battle between Shannon and David Beador will be as dramatic as everything else they do!
The Real Housewives of Orange County stars met in court on January 4, and failed to iron out a custody agreement for their daughters.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, “a deal was not reached and further mediation may be necessary.”
The issue derailing their custody deal is David’s visitation — he wants “more time with the kids than they wanted with him.” a source tells the outlet.
The exes three daughters — Sophie, 16, and twins, Stella and Adaline, 13, live with their mother full-time and are reportedly “mommy’s girls.”
Despite this initial step back, the mom of three is optimistic that their differences can be resolved.
“Shannon does have faith that they will work their issues out in time,” adds the insider.
The former couple returns to court at the end of January to address alimony and attorney fees.
As reported, Shannon suspects that her cheating ex is fibbing about his income, so she wants the construction contractor to dish out $25k, so an expert can investigate his financials.
Shannon Beador is reportedly demanding a huge salary increase, if she’s to air her divorce dirty laundry on the upcoming season.
