Two days after “getting great advice” from a divorce attorney, Teresa Giudice’s lawyer says her marriage to jailed husband, Joe Giudice, is stronger than ever.

“It’s extremely sad that there are actually people out there and semi-reputable media outlets who seem to take pleasure in perpetuating horrible rumors and fake news stories about this family,” attorney James J. Leonard Jr. tells People. “Haven’t they been through enough? Haven’t the children suffered enough?”

“People need to let this family live their lives. Enough is enough.”

As reported, the 45-year-old reality star met with divorce attorney, Loren Laforge-Kyriakoulis, on Saturday evening. Teresa shared a photo of their meeting with her 1.1 million Instagram followers. The caption read, “Dinner with a great friend getting great advice @laforgekyriakoulis # webothlovefood # greekfood.” Teresa later removed the “getting great advice” portion from her caption — and revised it to, “Dinner with a great friend lots of laughs @laforgekyriakoulis # webothlovefood # greekfood.”

“No one is cheating, no one is getting divorced.” James J. Leonard Jr. explains. “The truth is they can’t wait to be together again.”

Teresa has been reportedly carrying on a steamy affair with a younger man identified as, Shane Wierks.

“These last few years have been very challenging and very difficult,” he says. “Both Joe and Teresa have each lost a parent, have both experienced incarceration and have both been without one another for long periods of time.”

The attorney continues: “I can tell you from having deeply personal conversations with both of them, what they want more than anything is to be together with one another and their children and move forward to brighter days as a family.”

Joe, 45, began serving a 41-month prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March 2016. He is expected to be deported to Italy upon his release in 2019.
