#RHONJ Margaret Josephs Removes All Clothing From Her Website Amid $9 Million Counterfeit Lawsuit!
Margaret Josephs‘ Macbeth Collection is a shrinking brand, after the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was legally nailed as a designer fraud.
The reality star’s online boutique has been revamped and all clothing erased, in light of clothing company, Vineyard Vines, tightening their legal noose.

As reported, in 2014 a judge ruled in favor of Vineyard Vines, after the brand accused Margaret’s company of trademark counterfeiting, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and copyright infringement.
Macbeth Design LLC was ordered to pay $300,000 to Vineyard Vines for stealing their logo and using it on Macbeth products. Margaret never paid Vineyard Vines the total $300k judgement — and the company is now seeking $9.4 million in statutory and liquidated damages.
MacBeth Designs LLC filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy on November 1, 2016, in a seeming maneuver to skirt full payment. In a simultaneous twist, a second company managed to have Margaret’s bank accounts frozen, after also successfully suing Macbeth. Vineyard Vines has since accused Margaret’s company of ignoring the court order to cease all use and operation of the pilfered designs.
The rookie Bravoleb has now completely ditched her branded clothing line, evidently hoping to rebuild her rep.
