Kelly Dodd is looking to put her failed marriage behind her—but it looks like Michael Dodd is putting up a fight.
“Michael is giving her hell,” an insider told Page Six. “He wants [their daughter] Jolie full-time.”
Michael, 58, has not yet legally pursued custody, and no paperwork has been filed with the Orange County Superior Court. Kelly filed docs to proceed with their 2012 divorce in early December, after announcing the split in September.
“She always said she wanted a divorce once they sold the house,” the insider revealed.
The oceanfront mansion was put on the market in June, and sold in October for $5 million. The glitzy home was featured several times on the Bravo reality series. Kelly, 44, shared her thoughts during the reunion about the unsurprising decision.
“It’s sad because I’ve lived with Michael most of my life,” Kelly told Andy Cohen, during the reunion. “We have a kid together, a child together. It’s hard to see it go.”
“We started fighting all the time. Both of us,” she added. “One minute he’s good, one minute he’s not. I can’t bring friends over, he gets jealous. He just wants me to himself.”
Interestingly, Kelly’s brother, Eric Meza, claims that Kelly has not been in contact with him or their mother, since the split.
“I haven’t seen Jolie,” he added. “I haven’t spoken with her.”
