Kelly Dodd spilled the real tea behind her Real Housewives of Orange County co-star, Vicki Gunvalson’s health scare — the crisis going down during a cast trip to Iceland.

Kelly dished the dirt during a live taping of Heather McDonald’s podcast, Juicy Scoop, the duo chatting at San Diego’s American Comedy Club, on November 16th.

Most of the O.C. ladies were concerned about Vicki — but Kelly brushed off the scary episode as just “an anxiety attack.” Kelly described the adventure as “the worst f****ng trip of my life,” and spoke about how the drama played out.

Vicki and I didn’t sleep for days and those bitches slept. These bitches get paid a lot of money and they went to sleep. We went out and they went to sleep, so I said, ‘Here, have an Adderall,’” Kelly explained.

Kelly faced fan backlash after she and other cast members chose to take time for a nice dinner, instead of following their colleague to the hospital. Kelly explained why she wasn’t concerned about Vicki, and her decision to take time for dinner, instead of putting her friend first.

“Then I go, ‘I have a Xanax,’ so I knew she was fine,” Kelly said. The Bravoleb also admitted, “I was hungry.”

Kelly also told the backstory behind Vicki’s shrouded hotel exit.

“The producers told her she looked like shit. I swear to God,” Kelly dished.  Heather asked, “The producer put the robe over her head?”

“Stephanie put the robe over her head because she looked like shit,” Kelly confirmed.

Fans caught glimpses of Vicki during the crisis, and witnessed the reality veteran in a clear physical struggle. Kelly downplayed the episode — but was it because there was really nothing to worry about — or was Kelly shirking her own role in her co-star’s health scare?
