90 Day Fiance’s David and Annie are coming to America — but when David’s friends offer to help, Annie soon learns that uncomfortable strings are attached.
In a preview clip of tonight’s episode, the couple meets up with David’s best friend, Chris, and his wife, Nikki, to discuss shared living arrangements. Nikki is less than thrilled with the deal, and points out that 90 days with roommates was not her idea.
“When Annie and I get to America, we will be living with Chris and Nikki,” David says in a sneak peek of Sunday’s episode. “I don’t have a car, I don’t have an apartment, I don’t have a house. I don’t even have a U.S. bank account at this point.”
Chris informs Annie, 24, that she’s expected to pitch in — but Annie’s smile melts into a cringe when the subject shifts from cooking to Thai massages.
“When you’re on your 90-day visa, you’re not allowed to work, but we would like you to maybe volunteer to do some things,” Chris says. “Like, I like Thai food.”
“Is that something you would be cool to volunteer to give me a massage or something by the pool?” he asks.
A surprised Annie looks to David, 48, to bail her out, while Nikki stares blankly in awkward silence.
“Like I said, I’m not making you do anything. It would be nice,” Chris pushes.
