When Joanna Krupa commented on her fitness regime — without a doubt she thought it was helping others stay healthy. Instead, it succeeded in making some very angry.

The 38-year bikini body model is featured on the cover of Be Active Magazine, which she proudly unveiled on Instagram Monday, along with a special message to “lazy” sloths perched on their couches.

“There is absolutely no excuse in not staying fit and healthy at any age!” wrote the “Real Housewives of Miami” star. “Motivation and drive is the key.”

Krupa
went on to reveal that she maintains a strict diet daily and works out between 2-5 times a week, no matter what her schedule looks like.

“I don’t get lazy even when tired after work or on a vacation,” she explained. “I find time to be active. It’s called being ambitious and dedicated. It’s a choice. For those that don’t follow that please don’t judge those that choose to be fit.”

The Polish bombshell also hit back at critics that accused her of starving herself to stay in shape. “I have always eaten anything I wanted,” boasted Krupa.

Not everyone took kindly to the former Real Housewives of Miami star’s advise and the backlash ensued — fans littered her comments with angry responses:

“Shame on you! Smdh”

“it’s so hard to be nice to what you just said.. but you’re 38 soon enough you’ll understand no matter how hard you workout nothing will make your ugliness of that attitude go away…. before judging people maybe you should think :)”

“Sounds like you’re judging!”

“This bitch!!!!! If you love yourself…. I love myself but I also have a full time job, 4 kids, two of which have extracurriculars and sports 3 days a week and I gotta be on their butts to keep their 4.0’s. 1 is an active preschooler and a 6 month old who still doesn’t sleep through the night, a husband, and a home I have to clean. So it’s not about laziness. Some people don’t have the fucking time cause we have so much life going on. And no one is hating on the people who do stay fit, good for them, just the morons like you who think it’s “laziness” to not work out or you don’t love yourself if you don’t. Dear looooooord.”

“Breaking Joanna Krupa is a cunt.”

“hey Joanna i’m sitting on the couch looking at how ugly you are on the inside… bbllaahh”

“So for all the kids out there who have severe asthma… or the single woman working 2 jobs to support her kids and aging parents… or the teenager without a car who lives in an unsafe, polluted neighborhood where the nearest park and healthy grocery store are many miles away… you’re saying there’s no excuse for them? I’m not sure you realize how much your narrow-minded comments reveal about you and who you are. Get over yourself, girl. Ignorance is never cute. @joannakrupa”

“as I’m sitting on the sofa not caring about your air brushed photos or your concieted, self-righteous and unimportant beauty standards. Health and happiness over camera angles any day but thanks for preaching your unrealistic lifestyle to the masses of people with normal shit going on and don’t feel the need to place exercise as their top priority.”

The reality star seems unfazed by the body-shaming accusers and did not remove the controversial post.
