Jeff Lewis’ Housekeeper Zoila Chavez Officially Quits In A Dramatic ‘Flipping’ Out Exit!
It’s the end of an era folks!
Jeff Lewis‘ longtime employee and friend, Zoila Chavez, officially quit working for the hot-tempered house flipper after 18 years on the job.
On Thursday night’s Flipping Out episode, the lovable housekeeper had a tough few weeks on the acclaimed Bravo show — especially as Jeff and his partner Gage Edwards brought on nanny after nanny to help their now 11-month old daughter, Monroe Christine.

The main cause of the rift between Zoila and Jeff stemmed from a nanny named Gemma that accused Zoila of sabotaging and forcing her out.

Confronted with the allegations, which Lewis’ team and staff believed to be true, Chavez got fed up — directing her anger to fellow housekeeper Laura.
“I told you girls to work it out. If you can’t work it out, you can both leave,” Lewis says in the clip as the two fight. “I have to get back to work, I can’t deal with it anymore.”
“I’m not working it out with her, no,” Chavez shouts back as she makes her way downstairs to pack up her room. “No. That’s it!”
The confrontation was just too much for the beloved housekeeper and she packed her bags and left. She later returned to confirm she was indeed done and officially resigning from the job!
Flipping Out airs Thursdays at 9:00 p.m. ET on Bravo.
