‘Thirsty Phony Bitch’ #RHONJ Newbie Margaret Josephs’ Shady Strategy To Use Costars For Social Media Following Exposed! (Exclusive)
Real Housewives of New Jersey fans got their first glimpse of cast addition, Margaret Josephs, on last Wednesday’s premiere — but where will she land, as Season 9 takes shape?
A source close to the cast is spilling the tea behind Margaret’s rookie strategy — and is claiming that it’s all about the money.
It only took one episode for Margaret to cozy up to the stars of the show — Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga. Margaret is already beginning to turn on the one who scored her the gig —Siggy Flicker — and sidestep her way toward the Jersey felon and her sister sidekick.
According to our insider, Margaret allegedly covets the duo’s social media followers.
“Margaret was kissing up to Teresa and Melissa from day one,” spills the source. “It’s all about the money.”
Teresa and Melissa have a combined Instagram following of 2.4 million, and a Twitter following of over 2 million. Margaret, a self proclaimed entrepreneur and designer, makes bank selling a mishmash of products online — and supposedly wants to tap into her co-stars’ large followings. Margaret’s unverified Instagram account has 4500 followers.
“Margaret equates Teresa and Melissa’s social media following to dollar signs,” dishes the source. “She’s a thirsty, phony bitch.”
Margaret has already disclosed that her tawdry romance with an on-the-clock contractor ended her first marriage — but has yet to mention the multiple lawsuits that have plagued her “global lifestyle” brand. “MacBeth Collection” has been sued multiple times — busted for violating trademark/copyright law.
The brand has been called out for logo lifting, swiping a patented design, and for allegedly having a knocked-off product manufactured in Chinese sweatshops. In December 2015, Margaret was ordered to pay $497, 880.14, after being sued by I World LLC.
Margaret touts the “fake it til you make it” way of life — and it looks like her philosophy has spilled onto the Bravo stage.
Do you think that her shady strategy will pay off?
Check out the reality rookie on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET, on Bravo.
