#TeenMom2 Jenelle Evans’ Fiance In Court For Violating Protective Order!
Jenelle Evans’ fiance dodged jail time last week — the Teen Mom 2 baby daddy appearing in court to address the domestic violence protective order violation case that has shadowed him for over a year.
David Eason was convicted of violating the order in 2016, after approaching his young son for a hug in a grocery store. Eason was sentenced to 60 days in jail, but the sentence was thrown out, after an appeal was filed.
Eason returned to court on August 7th, and the arrest warrant said that Eason was told to move away from the child, and that the boy’s aunt and grandmother became “frightened,” when Eason “grabbed” his son. The warrant stated:
“Defendant was in the same location as his child, who was out with his grandmother and aunt when defendant approached and hugged [his child]”
Eason’s ex-girlfriend obtained the protective order in October 2015.
Eason’s new trial date is pending, and has not yet been scheduled. Eason is set to make it legal with Jenelle, the MTV couple’s wedding scheduled for September.
Teen Mom 2 airs Monday nights on MTV.
