Joanna Krupa and Brandi Glanville Settle Fishy Vagina Lawsuit — Brandi Issues Apology!
A miracle happened — the “fishy vagina” lawsuit between Joanna Krupa and Brandi Glanville is finally over!
The trial was set to be heard by a Miami-Dade County Circuit Court this month that was sure to electrify the press but the ladies finally settled.
“We are pleased with the settlement and Joanna is moving and enjoying all the changes that are happening in her life this year,” Krupa’s attorney said in a statement to People. “Joanna is happy with the settlement and has no regrets. Joanna hopes she has inspired action instead of indifference.”
The details of the settlement were kept private, but Glanville did issue an apology.
“I want to apologize to Joanna Krupa for the statements I have made about her,” she said. “I regret ever making such statements about Joanna Krupa; I also certainly never intended my statements to be taken so seriously and out of proportion.”
Both parties met mid April in an attempt to settle the case and after five grueling hours — they ended the mediation at an impasse. At the conclusion of the April showdown — Krupa’s attorney, Ray Rafool, told the press — “At this point, we are headed to trial.”
As readers know, the former Real Housewives of Miami star filed the suit against former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in January 2015 for making the “smelly,” comment on Watch What Happens Live. Glanville falsely accused Krupa of having an affair with Mohamed Hadid, father of models Gigi, Bella and Anwar, in addition to making negative comments about her nether regions.
