Real Housewives of Orange County’s rookie housewife, Peggy Sulahian is under attack!
The mother of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky — Dr. Estella Sneider is going after the RHOC newbie in a brazen public Facebook attack — berating Sulahian.
Estella claims the mom of two and her husband Diko are homophobic — and have alienated Peggy’s brother from the family. In a very disturbing and personal Facebook rant, Estella accuses Peggy of turning her back on her brother, Pol’ Atteu, and his fiancé, Patrik Simpson, based on their sexual orientation.
“This woman #PeggySulahian is a hypocrite! This woman and her husband can’t stand the gay community! This woman and her husband can’t stand the gay community!”
The doctor goes onto accuse Sulahian of banning Atteu and Simpson from their father’s funeral on December 9, 2016.
“… I was at the funeral of @PolAtteu father! Pol is my dear friend as well as his fiance @PatrikSimpson. Patrik was not allowed in the chapel until once the service had started someone escorted him to the chapel with security people following behind trying to kick him out! Pol was not even allowed to seat with at special place they have for the family in the chapel! Patrik was not allowed to seat next to his fiance to bring him comfort.”
Mauricio’s mom also claims security watched Sulahian’s brother like a hawk because they ‘hate,’ gays.
“Security had all eyes on Pol’s guests! I have never experienced family behaving like this in a funeral just because they hate gay people!”
Unique family dynamics can be easily misunderstood by outsiders — and many would call Dr. Estella’s unsolicited rant a stunningly unprofessional move. A trained psychologist drawing surface conclusions, then bashing individuals based on one intensely emotional event is nervy — even in the land of reality TV.

Ironically, Kyle Richards’ mother-in-law is a huge President Trump supporter. The Trump administration has not been favorable of the LGBT community — recently banning transgender people from serving in the military, citing the “costs and disruption” associated with allowing them to serve. This is not the first time that the Trump administration has rolled back protections for transgender Americans. In February, the administration pulled back Obama-era protections that allowed transgender students to use bathrooms and facilities that corresponded to their gender identity.
Dr. Estella Sneider has a reputation of being aggressive on social media over politics and many other issues but has she crossed the professional line with her attack on Peggy’s family dynamics?
