Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks has listed her newly purchased Atlanta mansion for $10,000 a month rent.
The disgraced attorney purchased the lavish Atlanta mansion, located in the prestigious Buckhead area, for $1.9 million in October 2016. The property features 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms with more than 9,000 square feet of living space.
Rumors are swirling that Phaedra has fallen on hard times since she was fired from her lucrative Bravo reality gig for masterminding an elaborate lie. As readers know, Phaedra created a lie that Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker, intended to drug then rape Porsha Williams.
Phaedra was in the process of renovating her mansion when she was fired and never got the opportunity to live in her new palace. Atlanta insiders claim that the unemployed attorney was overwhelmed by the monthly maintenance costs for the huge property.
The home is about four miles from Kenya Moore’s house and Sheree Whitfield’s still unoccupied Chateau Sheree.
