On Part 2 of the Teen Mom OG finale series, Farrah Abraham broke down when asked about childhood abuse — but her mother, Debra Danielsen, slammed Farrah’s hint at a damaged past.

Farrah, 25, told Dr. Drew Pinsky that her relationship with her mother remains strained because she shares a contentious relationship with her fiance, David.

“That was the second or third time that I attempted to reconcile,” Farrah said. “I tried to talk to him previously, but if someone can’t communicate, engage, be loving, be kind or be part of a family, then that’s his own fault.”

Farrah labeled David “irrelevant,” and “hateful” during the revealing segment.

Farrah stormed off-set when asked about a private date with on-again off-again boyfriend, Simon Saran, and his demand for $250k for a reunion appearance. Farrah said that she maintains only a friendship with Simon, and that their relationship is “cordial.”

The dialogue shifted back to Farrah’s dysfunctional family dynamic, after she returned from her walk-off. She broke down, when asked about past abuse.

“I’m speaking from aggravation,” Farrah said. “I think of the times where it feels like my arguments or fights are wasted energy that has held me back in certain ways. Over the years, I continue working on how I want to invest in myself and my therapy.”

“To understand someone’s background or upbringing or interaction with their parents or family… I don’t feel like [talking about it],” she said. “I’ve talked about it so much.”

Farrah’s father, Michael, joined the conversation, and opened up about the part he played in the dysfunctional family dynamic.

“In Farrah’s book, she talks about the conflict of Debra and my marriage,” he said. “She said, ‘I wish they were divorced so there wouldn’t be fights.’ I thought, ‘I’m going to stay until she’s 18 and do it right,’ but that was a mistake on my part. I would go to work to avoid the conflict, and that was abandonment on my daughter.”

Things heated up, when Farrah’s mother, Debra, took the stage.

“There was no trauma, there was no abuse, none of that went on,” Debra stated.

Debra also addressed a volatile mother/daughter exchange captured by MTV cameras, during the 16 and Pregnant days. Debra was seen striking Farrah during a high drama car ride.

“I sat there for an hour being mentally and emotionally and verbally abused,” Debra said. “I asked her repeatedly to stop it and she would not. I didn’t even hit her, I hit her shoulder, I know I hit the seat. She got abusive.”
